For more than 15 years North Star's policy has been to make our program available to every teen who needs it, regardless of his or her family's ability to pay our full fee. This is a unique policy, and one that our Staff and Board of Directors hold as fundamental to our mission. North Star receives no public money or grants of any kind. In order to support our policy, North Star depends on significant amounts of fundraising.
